About your order

What I ordered hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Your order may not have been completed correctly or your email address may be incorrect. Depending on your email settings, emails from this site may be sorted into your "spam folder". If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you have set up domain-specific reception to prevent spam mail, etc., you will not be able to use this website's e-mail services, so please set up domain-specific reception for "@nikken-japan.com". please. If you still cannot confirm your email even after completing the above settings, please contact us via the contact form or by phone.

I would like to issue a receipt. Is that possible?

A receipt will be attached to the email notifying you that the item has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can use various credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex), Google Pay, Shop pay.

Can I change the payment method after placing my order?

Payment method cannot be changed after order is completed.

Regarding delivery

When will I receive the product?

After confirming stock availability, we will email you the shipping date. We will notify you of the expected delivery date in the "Notice of Product Shipping Start" sent via email after shipping is completed.

Can I choose the delivery company?

You can use Sagawa Takkyubin or Yamato Takkyubin.

Can I specify the delivery date and time of the product?

If the product is in stock, please specify it from 7 business days after placing your order. However, please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery times.

I haven't received my product. What should I do?

Please check whether you have received the shipping completion email and check the delivery status using the shipping document number, or contact us using the inquiry form along with your order number.

Regarding order cancellation/changes

I would like to cancel/return/exchange my order. Is it possible?

Changes, cancellations, and returns after purchase will only be accepted if you contact us via the inquiry form with your order number, name, and request by the scheduled shipping date notified by email.
